Maltmans Green School's Gerrards Cross site is a genuinely striking mix of buildings — historic red brick main blocks, a charcoal-clad timber outbuilding, curved bay windows and arched brick openings, with barely two elevations the same. We carried out the replacement programme in phases across several school holiday periods so teaching was never disrupted: bespoke arched uPVC casements set into curved brick reveals, Georgian-bar windows on the principal red brick elevations, cream uPVC around the wisteria-covered main entrance, and dark Crittall-style glazing internally. Every phase was completed and fully cleaned up before staff and pupils returned for term.
